If you wish to pick up your order in person, we will reduce the total due by the shipping fees paid. Even if your order has 'Free Shipping', we will deduct the amount that we would've incurred had we shipped the order. Shipping fees are posted on the listing for delivery in the contiguous United States with a small fee added for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. Territories.
APO/FPO orders for U.S. uniformed members, government civilian employees, and dependents are shipped with no added fees! International orders are shipped using eBay's Global Shipping Program . This service is used for your safety and ours as the GSP insures the order if lost or damaged. Any additional fees imposed upon the buyer under eBay's GSP (international shipping and import fees if applicable) are paid to and kept by eBay. The seller is not given any portion of these fees and has no ability to reduce, alter, or refund these fees.
Please be aware that long holiday weekends and unforeseen weather events may extend transit times and delay delivery.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, we no longer accept returns. Continued and repeated abuse of the eBay returns process by too many customers has resulted in us experiencing tremendous losses. Shipping fees are simply too crazy high for us to continue with the eBay returns program.
Please note that if a customer falsy claims an item is received damaged or not as described, we will be required to open a case with eBay to recoup funds to include any additional shipping fees incurred.
